Kathy Schulte of NMAR actually discourages the members that look to her for help and advice from submitting a complaint on a fellow member of NMAR. Especially if they are Coldwell Banker, Century 21 or some other local Realtor that she deems ABOVE the law and above the supposed Ethics and Standards of the National Association of Realtors.

Kathy Schulte of NMAR, when faced with proven and blatant acts of Non-Disclosure she will simply turn a blind eye to the one suffering. Even if the one suffering is another member of NMAR. Kathy Schulte of NMAR, when asked for proof of FRAUD, of non-disclosure will turn over the minimum amount and in the mean time she will call the “Realtor” she likes best and warn them of what is going on to get in or stay in their good graces.
Kathy Schulte of NMAR does not only do this to fellow members, when consumers are cheated, lied to hand have Blatant - without a doubt proof that a Local Realtor lied to them and deliberately, even in some cases admittedly failed to disclose and the Real Estate now has to fight a long and expensive legal battle to get what the Realtor told them they had in writing in their buy-sell and in the Realtors advertising, when these consumers call Kathy Schulte of NMAR, she says there is nothing she can do. And believe me there is nothing that she will do.

Kathy Schulte of NMAR does nothing when a Broker Owner brings proof of violations, of non-disclosure or when members come to her asking for help when things such as RESPA laws are violated or flat out broken, She simply encourages the agent to let it go because of “who the Realtor is”. So you have rights according to Montana State Law, and the Supposed National Association of Realtor Eithics and “Higher Standards” is suppose to protect you but your local board does nothing to help you when actually violations occur or laws are broken.

If you cannot stand up for the consumer (understandable right - I mean the consumer does not pay those Realtor dues) however, if you encourage members to basically lay down and pretty much Shut them up when they speak out against VERY wrong doings then you should be FIRED, don’t ya think.

At NMAR - the Realtor wins, oh I mean the dreamy Realtors with all the Money.. And the Big Scary Attorney, They win.
Realtors are self governed, NEVER agree to arbitration at NMAR, they may slip it into your “contract” that you have to should a problem arise. Don’t Sign it.
NMAR encourages and allows bullying, NMAR knows of illegal activity and does nothing, NMAR will not stand up for the rights of real estate victims because of who the violator is. This is no leader, this is not right and continues to go on year after year.
